When using the “SafeSurf VPN” application, whether through installation, download, or other means, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and agree to fully comply. This agreement becomes binding upon your interaction with “SafeSurf VPN” as described below. SafeSurf VPN offers an unlimited subscription managed by the user, with a 3-day trial available, subject to auto-renewal and pricing changes. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

User Responsibilities

You must comply with local laws globally when using SafeSurf VPN. Prohibited actions include reverse-engineering, reselling, distributing, or using SafeSurf VPN to create competing products, transmitting illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, or compromising its operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

No warranties are provided for the service or software. We are not liable for damages resulting from user identity exposure or VPN server performance. SafeSurf VPN is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.

Legal Protections

You agree to indemnify SafeSurf VPN and related entities from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of SafeSurf VPN.

Termination

Termination of this agreement will result in the revocation of your access and license to use SafeSurf VPN. Such termination may occur due to unusual usage. Upon termination, all licenses are nullified, and access to SafeSurf VPN is prohibited.
